Junior Achievement (JA) is one of the 121 chapters of JA Worldwide, and a leading provider of Other Learning Experiences in Hong Kong. Their programs enable young people to learn the world of work from the first-hand experience of business volunteers. Since the establishment in 2011, they have engaged the support of over 18,000 business volunteers from 700 companies to serve over 600 schools.

Mr. Andrew Wells was honoured to be selected as one of the judges for the Competition on the Challenge Topic of a Market Entry Strategy Plan for a home fitness equipment in Iran as the target market.
