Mr. Wan Yee Hwa, Edward

Mr. Wan Yee Hwa, Edward, born in 1936. He is currently the Executive Director and a member of both the Executive Committee and Remuneration Committee of Crocodile Garments Limited (“CGL”).  Mr. Wan was a Non-executive Director of both Lai Sun Development Company Limited and Lai Sun Garment (International) Limited until 18 December 2012.  Mr. Wan is also a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has been a certified public accountant in Hong Kong since 1961. 

He is also Director of the Por Yen Charitable Foundation Limited since 2013.
