Mr. Kwan Kui Kwan

Mr. KWAN, Kui Kwan was awarded a Bachelor Degree in the School of Communication at the Hong Kong Baptist University.  He had worked in print and broadcast media for over a decade.  His experience also included Marketing, Public Relations and Advertising.

Mr. Kwan is the Deputy Chief Executive Director of Por Yen Charitable Foundation Limited effective 1 September 2019.
