2018 Special Olympics East Asia Regional Bocce Competition Closing and Farewell Dinner

Co-organized by Special Olympics East Asia (SOEA), Special Olympics Hong Kong (SOHK) and Hong Kong Sports Association for Persons with Intellectual Disability, the 3-days “2018 Special Olympics East Asia Regional Bocce Competition” ended on 8th August, 2018. A farewell dinner was held on the same night, to celebrate the closing of a successful competition and the outstanding performance of all athletes participated, as well as to utter a farewell to the delegations of Special Olympics East Asia member organizations (China (Ningxia), Chinese Taipei, South Korea, Macau, Mongolia) and the delegation of Special Olympics Asia Pacific Malaysia who has participated in the competition.

Mrs. Laura Ling, BBS, MH, the Chairlady of SOHK is the Guest Honour of 2018 Special Olympics East Asia Regional Bocce Competition Closing and Farewell Dinner. Other guests who has joined Mrs. Ling that evening including Mr. David Ip, BBS, BH, the President of SOHK, Dr. Evelyn Lam, a member of Executive Committee of SOHK, Dr. Lam is also the Chief Executive Officer of Por Yen Charitable Foundation, and Mr. Andrew Wells, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Por Yen Charitable Foundation.
